This is the first step in the enrolment process. In order to complete the enrolment process, please provide the following to the school office (admin@hautapu.school.nz):
Proof of your child's ID (birth certificate or passport photo page)
Students born outside New Zealand: copy of Passport and Citizenship / Residency / Visa / Immigration documents
Proof of your child's immunisations (Plunket book or medical certificate)
Proof of your ID (driving licence or passport photo page)
Proof of your address if living within our school zone (utility bill or sale/rental agreement)
Any Court Order documents relating to your child (if applicable)
